6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) hükümleri gereği kimliğinizi belirli veya belirlenebilir kılan her türlü bilginiz, özel nitelikli kişisel verileriniz de dahil olmak üzere, Kişisel Veri olarak aşağıdaki kapsamda, Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından işlenecektir. Kişisel Verilerinizin işlenmesi ise bu verilerin elde edilmesi, kaydedilmesi, depolanması, muhafaza edilmesi, değiştirilmesi, yeniden düzenlenmesi, açıklanması, aktarılması, devralınması, elde edilebilir hale getirilmesi, sınıflandırılması ya da kullanılmasının engellenmesi gibi veriler üzerinde gerçekleştirilen her türlü işlemi ifade etmektedir.

Bu Bilgilendirme ve Rıza Metni ile söz konusu Kanun uyarınca müşterilerin Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından gerçekleştirilen kişisel veri işleme faaliyetleri hakkında aydınlatılması ve aşağıda belirtilen durumlar için açık rızalarının temini hedeflenmektedir.

Yoremin (yoremin.com)  olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine en üst düzeyde önem verdiğimizi, sizlere sunduğumuz tüm ürün ve hizmetlerimizde kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğinin ön planda olduğu bilinciyle faaliyetlerimize devam ettiğimizi belirtmek isteriz.

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçları ve hukuki sebepleri:

Müşterilere ait kişisel veriler, Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerden ilgili kişileri faydalandırmak için gerekli çalışmaların iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası, Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un ve Yoremin (yoremin.com)  ile iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari-iş güvenliğinin temini ile Yoremin (yoremin.com)  sunduğu ürün ve hizmetlerin ilgili kişilerin beğeni, kullanım alışkanlıkları ve ihtiyaçlarına göre özelleştirilerek ilgili kişilere önerilmesi ve tanıtılması için gerekli olan aktivitelerin planlanması ve icrası da dahil olmak üzere Kanun’un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde işlenmektedir.

Kanun’un 5/2 ile 6/3 maddesinde yer alan kişisel veri işleme şartlarının karşılanamadığı aşağıdaki durumlar için Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından kişisel verilerin işlenebilmesi için müşterilerin açık rızasının alınması gerekmektedir.

Bu kapsamda müşterilerin kişisel verileri; müşterilere yönelik kampanyaların oluşturulması, çapraz satış yapılması, hedef kitle belirlenmesi, Müşteri hareketlerinin takip edilerek kullanıcı deneyimini arttırıcı faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi ve Yoremin (yoremin.com)  ‘a ait internet sitesi ile mobil uygulamanın işleyişinin geliştirilmesi ve Müşteri ihtiyaçlarına göre kişiselleştirilmesi, doğrudan ve doğrudan olmayan pazarlama, kişiye özel pazarlama ve yeniden pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi, kişiye özel segmentasyon, hedefleme, analiz ve şirket içi raporlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi, pazar araştırmaları, müşteri memnuniyeti aktivitelerinin planlanması ve icrası ile müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası amaçlarıyla dahil olmak üzere dahil olmak üzere Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un ürün ve/veya hizmetlerinin satış ve pazarlama süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası, Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un sunduğu ürün ve/veya hizmetlere bağlılık oluşturulması ve/veya arttırılması süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası kapsamında Müşteri’nin vereceği onayı doğrultusunda işlenebilecek ve işbu Bilgilendirme ve Rıza Metni’nde belirtilen taraflarla paylaşılabilecektir.

Kişisel verilerinizin aktarılması:

Müşterilere ait kişisel veriler, Yoremin (yoremin.com) tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerden ilgili kişileri faydalandırmak için gerekli çalışmaların iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin ürütülmesi, Yoremin (yoremin.com)  tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Yoremin (yoremin.com) ‘un ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası, Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un ve Yoremin (yoremin.com) ile iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari-iş güvenliğinin temini ile Yoremin (yoremin.com) ’un sunduğu ürün ve hizmetlerin ilgili kişilerin beğeni, kullanım alışkanlıkları ve ihtiyaçlarına göre özelleştirilerek ilgili kişilere özel önerilmesi ve tanıtılması için gerekli olan aktivitelerin planlanması ve uygulanması da dahil olmak üzere Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde Yoremin (yoremin.com)   ve Şirket yetkilileri, iştiraklerimiz, iş ortaklarımız, tedarikçilerimiz, hissedarlarımız, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel kurumlar ile paylaşılabilecektir.

Kanunun 11. maddesi uyarınca haklarınız:

Yoremin (yoremin.com)  a başvurmak suretiyle kişisel verilerinizin; I) işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, II) işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, III) işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, IV) yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı 3. kişileri bilme, V) eksik / yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, VI) KVKK’nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini / yok edilmesini isteme, VII) aktarıldığı 3. kişilere yukarıda sayılan (V) ve (VI) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin bildirilmesini isteme, VIII) münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi nedeniyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, IX) kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz.

Kanun kapsamında başvuru yapabileceğiniz veri sorumlusu:

KVK nın düzenlemeleri gereğince, yukarıda belirtilen haklarınızı kullanmak ile ilgili talebinizi, yazılı veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun belirlediği diğer yöntemlerle ve ayrıca aşağıda belirtilen kanallar aracılığı ile Yoremin (yoremin.com)’a iletebilirsiniz.

Başvurunuzu yazılı olarak Yoremin (yoremin.com)  Ece Mahallesi Adem Göktaş Caddesi No:17  adresine kimliğinizi tespit edici belgeler ile bizzat elden ya da İadeli Taahhütlü Posta ile imzalı olarak iletebilir, ŞİRKET NUMARALARINIZ numaralı Çağrı Merkezini arayabilir, ya da [email protected] adresine elektronik posta ile gönderebilirsiniz.
